At every turn there is pressure to increase productivity, hold down costs and keep customer service high to meet growing competition. As a result attention to production rates is an area of significant importance, we acknowledge that floor layouts and specifications differ from site to site and must therefore be met with different maintenance equipment and production rates. This is an imperative element in delivering a quality based cleaning service and enables our company to remain competitive whilst providing a reliable and well supported cleaning program. Clean City Services prides its self on providing not only a quality cleaning service but on its ability to design cleaning programs and services that we believe surpass our competitors. Our programs are modelled on check lists, supervision, communication and where necessary area task maps. When designing a service program it is important for us to establish how many hours will be required to service any one site. After we have calculated the total amount of hours required, each floor area is broken up into roistered service tasks which cleaners are then assigned to. To ensure that all the desired tasks are completed we instruct our service personnel to complete the check list at which time the leading hand must sign off. This essential process ensures that all areas are completed and gives our Area Managers a reference check as to which employee is responsible for any deficient area. Our customers and staff are provided with a communication / sign in book which is used for reporting any issues that may arise. This forms part of our integral system which we find very effective in detecting and rectifying any problems immediately.
